NOTE ALL FIXED BLADE SCREWDRIVERS ARE CURRENTLY DISCONTINUED NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME
All EnderesŪ bits, both Flat and Phillips types are manufactured through advanced technology and special application high precision grinding machines. Each production step is performed individually; one piece at a time. Slotted bits have tip and flat surfaces precision ground. Phillips bits have a special precision geometry which transmits higher torque, decreases screw or screwdriver slippage and reduces ejection forces for less wear and longer edge life. Each driver far exceeds all Federal torque test requirements for strength and durability.
At last, a tougher, longer lasting Power Bit! EnderesŪ special precision tip geometry transmits higher torque into the screw, resulting in a decrease in the screwhead slippage, a reduction in the ejection forces, thus giving low wear, and longer tip life. Some available carded or you can create your own fishbowl counter display.
Enderes ToolsŪ Cold Chisels are forged and heat treated using only the finest domestic high carbon tool steel. They conform to all applicable ANSI and ASTM steel standards for materials, physical properties, and testing, including A29-79, A322-79a, A331-74 (1979), A576-79, and A681-76. Rockwell hardness range is C57-59 so your EnderesŪ Cold Chisel will hold its cutting edge longer and resist excessive wear.
Enderes Tools offers a variety of quality chisels and chisel displays. We offer concrete, flat, floor, mason, tooth, wood and steel chisels as well as many others.
Enderes ToolsŪ Punches are forged, heat treated, and polished, using only domestic high carbon tool steel. They meet all applicable ANSI and ASTM steel standards for materials, physical properties and testing, including A29-9, A322-79A, A331-74 (1979), A576-79, and A681-76. All styles of EnderesŪ Punches fall within the appropriate Rockwell hardness range recommended by ANSI and ASTM for their intended application.
Machined from very high carbon tool steel individually heat treated for long life. Used for recessing nails into wood, etc. Hex head reduces rolling when tool is laid down. 4 point sizes available. Available carded only.
Star Drills are the forerunners of today's electric masonry drill bits. They are designed to create holes in masonry, brick, stone, and concrete. Star Drills are for hand use only. They are not to be used in power drilling equipment. The Star Drill cutting edge resembles four chisels joined at their edges to form a cross.
They are most often used today to supplement power drilling equipment. Star Drills easily cut through hard rocks, agates, and other hard materials encountered in masonry which can destroy electric masonry drill bits. Star Drills should be struck squarely with a hand drilling hammer. Never strike with a nail hammer and never use on anything but masonry. Always wear safety goggles when using Star Drills.
EnderesŪ Screw Extractors are the only forged, straight flute extractors available, so they will perform where machined or spiral-type extractors fail. In addition the tapered and straight flutes will not damage the object being removed. A Screw Extractor is used to remove screws, bolts, and other metal fasteners which are damaged or otherwise inaccessible through usual extraction methods.
A guide hole is drilled into the top of the fastener to be removed. The Screw Extractor is then driven into the fastener head with a ball pein or machinists hammer and turned counter-clockwise until the fastener is re- moved. Be sure to select a screw extractor of the appropriate size, just as you would match a screwdriver tip to the size and shape of the screw recess.
Never strike a Screw Extractor with a nail hammer and always wear safety goggles when using one.
Since EnderesŪ Bars are forged only from domestic high carbon tool steel, heat treated and polished, they will resist excessive wear more effectively than any other bar. They conform to all applicable ANSI and ASTM steel standards for materials, physical properties and testing, including A-29-79, A332-80, A331-79, A576-79, and A681-76. All styles fall within the appropriate Rockwell hardness ranges recommended by ANSI and ASTM for their intended applications.
